Field Expedient Arcane Rituals for TFT

In this variant, thrown and special spells of indeterminate duration last only one day, when cast as thrown spells.

These spells are: Adhesion, Conceal, Geas, Glamor, Lock, Shapeshifting, Staff, and Trailtwister.

These spells can also be cast as Field Expedient Arcane Rituals for a permanent effect. The base ritual requires an attuned wizard chest or lab and one hour. For those spells with multiple levels (Staff or Conceal say) double the time required to complete the ritual up to 16 hours (over two consecutive days) to cast a level five ritual.

Therefore the fair market value of a durable Lock-5 spell in the middle of a dungeon starts with the base weekly pay of an IQ 10 wizard ($30 plus $25 for living expenses), doubles this to $100/week for a dangeous job, plus $40 for the "rental" on his wizard chest plus $10 for maintenance of the chest for a total of $150 per week or $30 a day then the total cost for two days work is $60.
